DYDZ200C独立式双作用主机液压顶推支撑装置安装在主机和船体结构强梁之间,其功能主要用来降低主机运行中产生的固有频率,从而降低主机振动所产生的影响,减少船体的变形量,提高船舶航行的舒适性。其相对于主机的热膨胀以及船舶装载所产生的纵向和横向位移来说是柔性的。独立式双作用主机液压顶推支撑装置在原先独立式主机液压顶推支撑装置的基础上,对产品性能进行了升级和优化。
独立式双作用主机液压顶推支撑装置其标准配置是安装在主机的右舷(排气侧),如果方便的话,亦可安装在左舷(凸轮轴侧),但只需要安装在一侧即可。主要适用于MAN B&W、Mitsubishi、Doosan等低速主机。其标准的安装方式有2缸、4缸或者6缸,具体数量取决于主机的缸径和缸数。

The DYDZ200C independent double-acting M/E hydraulic support device is installed between the main engine and the hull structural strong beam. Its function is mainly to reduce the natural frequency generated during the operation of the main engine, thereby reducing the impact of main engine vibration, reducing the deformation of the hull, and improving the comfort of ship navigation. It is flexible relative to the thermal expansion of the main engine and the longitudinal and transverse displacement caused by ship loading. Based on the original independent M/E hydraulic jacking and support device, the independent double-acting M/E hydraulic support device has upgraded and optimized product performance.
The standard configuration of the independent double-acting M/E hydraulic support device is to install it on the right side (exhaust side) of the main engine. If it is convenient, it can also be installed on the left side (camshaft side), but only one side needs to be installed. It is mainly suitable for low-speed main engines such as MAN B&W, Mitsubishi, Doosan, etc. Its standard installation mode includes 2 cylinders, 4 cylinders, or 6 cylinders, with the specific number depending on the cylinder diameter and cylinder number of the main engine.
