概述 Overview
对于需要长时间无故障运行的设备而言,所用液体燃料、润滑剂或冷却液的清洁度至关重要。自清滤器采用多滤芯结构,适用于燃油、润滑油以及乳化液等多种液体介质且保证足够的过滤能力。且本系列滤器在维持系统压力恒定的情况下可以同时进行过滤与自动反冲洗,从而实现无人值守下的不间断运行。

设计原理 Design principle
RZFL32、50过滤器包含两个单独的过滤室,每个过滤室内都配备了各自的滤芯组件用来提供很大的过滤面积。
该滤器多个滤室的设计提供了当某个滤室的滤芯积满污物时,另一个洁净滤室接管其工作的条件。通过电控箱来控制执行器、电磁阀等部件,反冲洗动作可根据压差或时间触发,过程极为快捷、彻底,保证了过滤过程和反冲洗过程同步进行,相互独立。
滤器的两个滤室轮流进行过滤与反冲洗,双腔室过滤器的设计构成了整个过滤过程中的循环运动模式。
The RZFL32 and 50 filters include two separate filter chambers, each equipped with its own filter element assembly to provide a large filtering area.
The design of multiple filter chambers in the filter provides the condition where when the filter element in one chamber becomes clogged with dirt, another clean chamber takes over its operation. The control of the actuator, solenoid valve, and other components is through the electric control box. The backwash action can be triggered by pressure difference or time, and the process is extremely fast and thorough, ensuring that the filtering process and backwash process are synchronized and independent of each other.
The two filter chambers of the filter take turns in filtering and backwashing, and the design of a dual-chamber filter constitutes a cyclic mode of operation throughout the entire filtering process.

工作过程 Working process
1. 正常过滤状态
过滤液体进入滤器底部进口(①),流经壳体(②),由外向内通入滤芯(③),其中大于规定过滤精度的杂质被滤网滞留,过滤后的清洁液体由滤器上端出口(④)流出。
2. 反冲洗状态
随着滤器工作时间的增加,越来越多的被滞留在滤芯上的杂质,导致滤器进出口两端的压力差不断上升,当压力差达到某一特定值时,压差发讯器即发出信号,执行器(⑤)动作,转阀(⑥)从备用滤室转到需清洗的滤室,滑阀(⑦)向上运动,储气室(⑧)内释放反冲洗压缩空气促使滤室中的液体反向流过滤芯,将粘接在滤网外面上的污物冲洗掉,流经转阀下部,从打开的排污口(⑨)排出。
经过短时间的反冲洗,滑阀复位,排污口和反冲洗空气进口关闭。经反冲洗而排空的滤室重新补液并等待下一周期反冲洗。
此型号滤器还配备有加热腔,可在过滤重燃油的同时,让蒸汽或热油流过加热腔,对滤器内部起保温功能。
1. Normal filtering condition
Filtered liquid enters the filter at the bottom inlet (1), flows through the shell (2), and is filtered from the outside to the inside through the filter element (3). Impurities larger than the specified filtering accuracy are retained by the filter net, and the cleaned liquid exits from the upper end of the filter at the outlet (4).
2.Backwash State
As the filter works for a long time, more and more impurities are trapped on the filter element, causing the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter to continue to rise. When the pressure difference reaches a certain specific value, the pressure difference transmitter sends a signal, the actuator (5) operates, and the rotary valve (6) transfers from the backup filter chamber to the filter chamber that needs to be cleaned. The slide valve (7) moves upward, releasing compressed air in the gas storage chamber (8) to make the liquid in the filter chamber flow reversely through the filter element, washing off the dirt adhering to the outside of the filter net. The liquid flows through the lower part of the rotary valve and is discharged from the open drain port (9).
After a short period of backwash, the slide valve returns to its original position, closing both the drain port and backwash air inlet. The filter chamber that has been drained and washed re-fills with liquid and waits for the next backwash cycle.
This type of filter is also equipped with a heating chamber that can be used to heat filter oil or other fuels while filtering heavy fuel oil, keeping the interior of the filter warm.
