概述
液压阀门遥控系统是利用动力泵站输出的油压作为动力来驱动阀门，控制方式通常采用集中式，在控制站处通过模拟板或计算机发出动作指令，由安装于现场的执行器来执行，最后将位置信号反馈至控制站。该系统已广泛应用于各类船舶、海工平台的压载水、舱底水及液货等系统中。
液压阀门遥控系统主要由控制站、动力泵站、电磁阀箱、各类液压遥控阀及应急手摇泵组成。
1 Overview
Hydraulic valve remote control system uses power pump output oil pressure as hydraulic power to drive the valve, the control method is usually centralized, at the control station through the analog board or computer issues an action command and perform by the actuator installed in the filed, finally the position signal is fed back to the control station. The system has been widely used in various types of ships, marine platform ballast water, bilge water and liquid cargo systems.
Hydraulic valve remote control system is mainly composed of the control station, power pumping station, solenoid valve box, all kinds of hydraulic remote control valve and emergency hand pump.
