液压紧配螺栓又称轴系液压螺栓或中间扩张液压拉伸螺栓，主要利用材料的弹性变形来实现间隙配合向过盈配合的转变，从而实现轴系扭矩的传递，是一种用于法兰联轴节上的新型螺栓，由外表带有一定锥度的拉紧螺栓，内孔带有相应锥度的中间锥套及两只紧定螺母组成。拉紧螺栓两端有螺纹，中间锥套的外表是圆柱形的，且与螺栓孔有一定的间隙。它的最大优点是装拆方便、重复使用以及省时省力，逐步代替传统的冷冻式螺栓。
