YL hydraulic coupling概述 Overview
液压联轴节主要利用材料的弹性变形来实现间隙配合向过盈配合的转变，从而实现轴系扭矩的传递，是轴系新型连接的方式。液压联轴节借助于径向和轴向油压，使具有锥形接触面的内外套产生相对位移，迫使内套收缩，并与两连接轴产生过盈配合的可拆联轴节。
The hydraulic coupling mainly uses the elastic deformation of the material to realize the change of the clearance fit to the interference fit, so as to realize the transmission of the shaft torque, which is a new type of connection of the shaft system. Hydraulic coupling adopts radial and axial hydraulic pressure, the relative displacement of the inner and the outer sleeve with the conical contact surface will force the inner sleeve to contract and make an interference fit with the two connecting shafts.
液压联轴节主要适用于两轴系之间的连接。产品可提供DNV·GL、ABS、LR、NK、KR、RINA、CCS等各船级社的船检证书。
