概述 Overview
分散式液压/手动安全网装置是用于保护直升机起降平台上人员的安全，在高海况时防止人员和物品被抛出舷外的不可缺少的重要安全装置。分散式液压/手动安全网装置装置放倒和竖起的完全靠液压系统实现，当液压系统出现故障时，可以方便的转换成手动操作。与手动安全网相比，具有安全可靠、操作便捷等优点，节约了安全网的放倒和竖起时间。
Distributed hydraulic / manual safety net device is used to protect helicopter take-off and landing platform for safety, in the high sea conditions to prevent personnel and items thrown outboard essential indispensable safety device. The Distributed hydraulic / manual safety net device is tipped down and erected entirely by the hydraulic system and can be easily converted into manual operation when the hydraulic system fails. Compared with the manual safety net, the utility model has the advantages of safety and reliability, convenient operation and saves the safety net's tipping over and erecting time.
分散式液压/手动安全网装置的安全网网架一般布置在船舶舷外(左)、舷侧(右)以及船艉部。安全网装置由整体式安全网和折叠式安全网(方便船舶停靠时搭建舷梯)组成。液压驱动部分一般安装在下层甲板顶部与安全网装置对应的部位。
Safety net grids for distributed hydraulic / manual safety net devices are normally deployed on the ship's outboard (left), side (right) and bow. The safety net device consists of an integral safety net and a folding safety net to facilitate the construction of a gangway when the ship is docked. The hydraulically driven part is usually installed on the top of the lower deck and the corresponding part of the safety net device.
分散式液压/手动安全网装置采用一对一的方式进行控制，即一台电液驱动装置对应一台螺栓液压油缸(即一片安全网)进行控制。该控制方式下，每一片安装网自主工作，互补干扰，即使一片安全网装置失效，也不影响其余安全网装置的正常工作。
The distributed hydraulic / manual safety net device is controlled in a one-to-one manner, that is to say, an electro-hydraulic drive is controlled by a bolt hydraulic cylinder ( a safety net). Under the control mode, each piece of installation network operates autonomously and complements interference. Even if one piece of safety net fails, it does not affect the normal operation of the other safety net devices.
